Terms of Digital Service

Users are prohibited from engaging in activities that threaten network security, including:

• Unauthorized access to DohaConnect servers or other users' accounts.
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or ransomware via our network.
• Port scanning or network sniffing intended to map vulnerabilities.

We monitor traffic patterns to detect anomalies. Detected threats may result in immediate service suspension to protect the wider grid.

Services must be used in compliance with all applicable laws of the State of Qatar. This includes restrictions on:

• VoIP services that violate telecommunication licensing regulations.
• Publication of content that is contrary to public order, morals, or religious values.
• Copyright infringement and piracy.

While we strive to provide the speeds outlined in your SLA, shared infrastructure (particularly in residential zones) may be subject to Fair Usage Policies (FUP) during peak hours. Excessive consumption that degrades the experience for other users may require review of your service tier.

DohaConnect does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance windows are published in advance via our support portal. Unplanned outages may occur due to fiber cuts (external construction) or power grid instability.

To the fullest extent permitted by Qatari law, DohaConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DohaConnect and its licensee, licensors, suppliers, and service providers, from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the service; or b) a breach of these terms.
